Terms of use
In force from
Publisher and contacts
Aure is published by the company whose identity is given in the legal notice (text under review). For any question, write to support@nikaa.app.
Free beta
Aure is in beta: a first version, open to testers. During the beta, Aure is free. No subscription is sold during the beta and you are not asked for any payment.
Features may change, be added or be removed during the beta. Some, such as photos, are not offered.
During the beta, every account whose e-mail address is confirmed has access to all the features offered, with 5 of today's profiles. Once subscriptions open, some features will be reserved for the Basic and Gold plans, described in the terms of sale. Text under review.
Conditions of access
Aure is for meeting with a view to marriage, between people of the Muslim faith. It is restricted to people aged 18 or over: the app asks for your date of birth and goes no further if you are under 18. Your country of residence must be one of the countries offered in the app. One account per person.
Your account
You create your account with your e-mail address and a password of 8 to 72 characters. A code sent by e-mail confirms your address. Keep your password to yourself: if someone else knows it, change it from Me or turn on panic mode.
Description of the service
You complete your profile in four chapters. As soon as the first chapter is finished, Aure suggests compatible profiles to you; your profile becomes visible to other members when all four are finished. You and another member can exchange messages when the interest is mutual.
Rules of conduct
Text under review.
Moderation
A message that contains a phone number, a link or the name of a social network is refused automatically. A profile reported by 3 different members within 7 days is suspended automatically: it is no longer shown to other members. The Aure team reviews reports: it may lift a suspension, or suspend an account that does not comply with these terms. The detail of the procedures is under review.
Reporting and blocking
You can report or block a member from their profile or from your conversation. Anyone, member or not, can also write to support@nikaa.app, stating the content concerned and the reason for the report. Information on the action taken on a report is under review.
Challenging decisions
You can challenge a decision that concerns you by writing to support@nikaa.app: your challenge is examined by a person. You keep the right to go to court. The statement of reasons for decisions is under review.
Points of contact
Members and authorities: support@nikaa.app. Languages accepted: French and English.
Suspension and closure of the account
You can delete your account at any time in the app, from Me, ‘Delete my account’, or by writing to support@nikaa.app: see Delete your Aure account. The deletion cannot be undone and does not cancel a subscription taken in the App Store or Google Play. Aure may suspend or close an account in the cases provided for by these terms.
Changes to the terms
In the event of a significant change, a new version applies and you are asked for your consent again in the app before you continue.
Personal data
See the privacy policy.
Liability
No clause of these terms removes or reduces your right to compensation if Aure fails to meet its obligations.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country.
Jurisdiction
You can bring an action before the court of the place where you live. In France, you can also choose the court of the place where you lived when the contract was concluded or when the harmful event occurred.
Consumer mediation
