During the beta
During the beta, Aure is free. No subscription is sold during the beta: you are not asked for any payment, either in the app or on the web. The terms below will apply when subscriptions open.
Upcoming offer (not open yet)
Aure offers a free plan and two subscriptions, Basic and Gold. Subscriptions are taken only in the iPhone app, with your App Store account, or in the Android app, with your Google Play account. Aure sells no subscription on the web.
- Free: 3 of today's profiles. You receive interest and see how many people are interested in you, not who they are, and you cannot show interest or reply.
- Basic: 5 of today's profiles. You show interest and reply 10 times a day at most. You see the 3 latest people interested in you.
- Gold: 8 of today's profiles. You show interest and reply with no daily limit set by the plan. You see everyone interested in you. Your profile comes first in discovery, among close compatibility. Incognito mode is included: your profile visits are not recorded.
A ceiling against automated sending applies to every account. Safety is never paid for: blocking, reporting and panic mode stay included for everyone.
Price
The price is the one the App Store or Google Play shows in the app at the time of purchase, in the currency of your store: Aure never shows another price. As a guide, in euro stores: Basic €19.99 a month, Gold €29.99 a month. Taxes and prices in other currencies: text under review.
Duration and automatic renewal
Each subscription lasts one month and renews automatically every month, on the same date, at the price shown, as long as you do not cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current month. Payment goes through your App Store or Google Play account. Text under review.
Moving from Basic to Gold takes effect at once. On iPhone, Apple refunds the unused part of Basic. On Android, you pay straight away the difference for the current period, then the Gold price on your renewal date. Text under review.
Pre-contractual information
Before the purchase, the offers screen shows what each plan gives, its monthly price, the automatic renewal and links to these terms, the terms of use and the privacy policy. The rest of the pre-contractual information is under review.
Right of withdrawal
For a purchase in the App Store or Google Play, the terms of Apple or Google apply. The model form and the other conditions are under review.
Cancellation
You cancel at any time in the settings of your App Store or Google Play account; in the app, ‘Manage my subscription’, on the offers screen, takes you there. To avoid the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current month. What happens until the end of the period already paid: text under review.
Deleting your Aure account does not cancel your subscription: it is still billed until you cancel it in the store. See Delete your Aure account.
Refunds
Apple and Google handle refund requests for purchases made with them.
